Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability

Themes: Thriving communities

Expertise: Social and sustainable entrepreneurship; organising for disability inclusion and accessibility

I am passionate about the topics of social and sustainable entrepreneurship and about disability inclusion. I have founded the Social Change Hub at Leuphana University Lueneburg and the Royal Holloway Enterprise Hub, in which I lead a programme to support students in their venture pursuits.

In my research, I aim to understand how organisations of all types (for-profit, non-profit, governmental) can become more disability-inclusive. I am working with teams of researchers and advocacy organisations around the world to improve the livelihoods of disabled people. I am also a member of multiple disability advocacy organisations myself. I would like to continue my work with diverse stakeholders in making the future more disability inclusive and equitable.
